Terms & Conditions of the LinkedIn 50% Cashback Campaign.

1. Eligibility

• Offer valid only for new Prospa Business Accounts who signed up during the campaign period through the influencer collaboration.
• To qualify, clients must send a confirmation email to rewards@getprospa.com with Oluwatosin Adegoroye’s name in the subject line and include their Prospa account number in the body of the email.

2. Cashback Benefit

• Eligible clients will receive 50% cashback on transaction fees for three (3) consecutive months starting from the date of account approval.
• Cashback will apply only to transfer fees.

3. Monthly Limit

• The 50% cashback applies to transfer fees of up to ₦100,000 per month.
• Transactions fees above this limit will attract the standard fees.

4. Exclusions

• Cashback does not apply to loan repayments, card fees, ATM withdrawals, or charges outside of standard transfer fees.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other Prospa promotional campaigns.

5. Redemption

• Cashback will be credited to the client’s Prospa account at the end of each eligible month.

6. Validity

• Offer valid only within the campaign timeline communicated by Prospa.
• Clients must activate their Business Account and complete KYC requirements to qualify.

7. General Conditions

• Prospa reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the campaign and reversal of benefits.
• This promotion is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
